While we strive for high accuracy by integrating with third-party calculation services (such as Vedic Astro Service), astrological and astronomical algorithms can have minor deviations based on geographical coordinates, timezone differences, and specific Ayanamsa standards. The data provided by Moon Calendar falls under "as-is" configuration.
We do not guarantee that the astrological timings, festival dates, or moon phases will be 100% accurate for every specific geographical location. Users should consult specialized local astrologers for highly critical religious or observational timings.
Users are responsible for their own use of the Service. When supplying third-party service keys to the Service, you represent that you have obtained those keys legitimately and that you will not use them to violate the terms of the service provider. You are solely responsible for keeping your personal data (stored in your browser's local storage) secure.
The layout, design, graphics, custom algorithms, and CSS architecture of Moon Calendar are the intellectual property of the developer, Bhanwar Mittal, and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the HTML/CSS/JavaScript visual design elements without express written permission.
In no event shall Moon Calendar, its developers, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (iii) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
